Terms of service.

You upload a photo of yourself + a script, we render a video of "you" speaking it using HeyGen's Avatar V Motion Engine. You promise the photo is of yourself (or someone who gave you written permission). We promise to keep the service running, not to misuse your data, and to refund you within 14 days if you don't end up using CloneFlo. Below are the details.

You're using CloneFlo as either an individual or on behalf of a business. If on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms. You must be at least 18.

You can submit your own likeness, or someone else's only if you have their explicit written consent. You retain all ownership of the photos, scripts, voices, and finished videos you create.

You may not use CloneFlo to:

• Generate likenesses of real people without their written permission. Public figures included.
• Create sexual content, content depicting minors, or content meant to deceive viewers into believing something false about a real person (deepfakes used for fraud, defamation, or harassment).
• Impersonate a public figure for political/electoral purposes.
• Generate content that violates anyone's IP — including, but not limited to, copyrighted scripts or trademarked brand impersonation.
• Anything that violates the underlying HeyGen Acceptable Use Policy.

We screen every clone in beta. Submissions that violate the above will be rejected and may result in account termination without refund.

You grant CloneFlo a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photo, script, voice selection, and motion prompt strictly to operate the service: store them, hand them off to HeyGen to render, deliver the finished video back to you, and keep them in your library until you delete your account.

We do not use your data to train AI models — not ours, not HeyGen's general model. Your data is render-only.

• Plans + monthly/annual pricing are listed at /#pricing.
• Consumer plans (Solo / Plus / Pro) include a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected upfront and charged on day 8 unless you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@cloneflo.com.
• 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month of consumer plans if you've used fewer than 5 clone renders. Email us, no friction.
• Enterprise plans bill via invoice + one-time setup fee. Refund terms in your individual MSA.

CloneFlo is in beta. That means: occasional outages, evolving features, and a human in the loop reviewing every clone before HeyGen renders it. Approval times in beta are usually under 24 hours but not guaranteed. If beta-stage uncertainty isn't acceptable for your use case, please email us before subscribing.

We do our best to keep the service up. We don't promise 100% uptime in beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. CloneFlo's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

None of the above limits any liability that can't legally be limited.

You can terminate any time by cancelling your subscription or asking us to delete your data. We can terminate your account if you violate the content rules above, if you don't pay, or if we shut the service down (in which case we'll give you 30 days' notice + a way to export your finished videos).

If we make material changes we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of CloneFlo after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to Delaware state or federal courts unless you're a consumer in a jurisdiction whose consumer-protection law gives you different rights — in which case those rights apply.
